Pros

Plenty of opportunity for career growth if that is what you are striving for. Also great options for work from home opportunities in most Salt Lake and Orlando positions, but not all. Good Benefits. The company really does try to stay true to their core values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion and Fun!

Cons

Working nights, weekends, holidays and code red (mandatory overtime) can be tough, especially when you are starting out and bottom of seniority. But this is necessary as the airline business is a 24/7 operation.

Pros

Decent pay, flight benefits, Jetblue Scholars (which is currently delayed and many are on a waitlist due to budget restraints, and increased interest), good medical coverage with reasonably priced premiums, 401k match + 5% (you contribute 5%, Jetblue contributes 5% to match PLUS an additional 5% = 15% total), benefits such as Healthy Mom and Happy Baby programs along with medical, plus Healthy Rewards dollars to earn a good chunk of your deductible. Overall, great company to work for.

Cons

Downsides are 24/7 and 365 day operation. Flight benefits are nice, but standby can be stressful and overwhelming. No tuition reimbursement, just JetBlue Scholars which currently has many on a waitlist. Decent pay, though not competitive amongst other companies nearby.

Pros

Awesome benefits with things like profit sharing, stock purchase, and other programs. JetBlue really cares about its employees and has provided incredible support especially during time of tragedy or emergency.

Cons

Upper management can make advancing projects, ideas, or other effective improvements take an incredible amount of time. Far too much red tape. It can be hard to find advancement opportunities as everyone stays at JetBlue and not a lot of movement to new positions available because of this.
