Considered the best work-life balance/culture at any domestic airline. Flight benefits. People who've worked here love doing what they do.

You'll start to pick up that there are too many leaders at JetBlue (Managers managing managers managing managers). Teams will often delegate work to other teams when they are unsure of how to complete it, even if it falls within their own realm.
