Paid upwards of 400K for damages/wrongful termination. They love NDA's. ;) JetBlue targets Senior Crew Members as a strategy to cost save. They will hire someone new to preform the same job for much less. Starting pay is $18/$20hr for Inflight. The Union can only do so much to "protect" you. Management leads with "You're guilty until proven innocent." Sexual Harassment and Hostile work environment compliants are ignored by Crew Relations and Managers. Issues are swept under the rug in order to protect their reputation. For example: JetBlue was aware of one of their Executives misconduct (rants of shaming people of color/homeless people) on Twitter. Yet, this Executive was promoted and not disciplined. Crew Members have the receipts and will expose to the media in due time. Corp. Comm. you should probably draft up a statement for damage control. There is zero flexibility with scheduling. Critical coverage dates are manipulation and control. You are only a number to Crew Services. Your identity is insignificant. And, what's up with Pay Roll consistently scamming Crew Members from money they earned! It happens every pay period like clock work. I can go on and on, but I'll leave it here.
