Pros

IN the beginning, company had 5 values and stood by them, was amazing to be there. But as company grew, direction and treatment of employees lost.

Cons

Management as be turned over to other airline execs., treatment of employees is horrible, healthcare is created by JB, not a healthcare company. Profits over people is now the norm. Fear runs thru the employees to keep their job

Pros

Good destinations, you get to travel and have agreements with other airlines.you can try to make your work schedule depending on your seniority. If you work a lot of hours you can make some money to make a living.

Cons

Dishonest management, The health insurance gets higher every year. The Company does not care anymore for their employees(no loyalty to employees). The company breaks their own work rules to justify their firing of people and treat similar cases differently. The company does not treat employees equal. The company targets people that want a union which is strongly needed. Reserve flight attendants get over worked by Jetblue. You have to work a lot of flight hours to make serious money and when you do that they try to change the rules to stop you from making the money you need to make your living. Try not to make it a career because airlines come and go. Always have another job on the side or get a degree in something else while working for the airline.

Pros

Salary that is decent considering how easy the job is. Most coworkers are like family. My direct management always gets back to me. Travel privileges available on almost all domestic carriers and multiple international carriers are fantastic. I have seen this company come to the backs of its crewmembers in the worst of times and I could not be more proud.

Cons

Some coworkers do not share same value of work ethic and can seem entitled. I just ignore them. Some scheduling rules are ridiculous and not consistent.
