Pros

- Flight benefits - Great managers and colleagues - Engaging work that has a big impact on the company - Great 401k match

Cons

- Pay is a little low for NYC but I certainly don't have a problem with it; the flight benefits make up for it - Health insurance could be better - Company hasn't turned a profit in a little while (Many airlines haven't)

Pros

Travel Benefits, 401k Match, Health Insurance.

Cons

Promises from management are never kept. Eventually, JetBlue started to outsource most of the Customer Support department and started "promoting Crewmembers to Customers". The work environment became very stressful and toxic. The VPs and Directors are a lot to blame for the breakdown of culture.
