Very busy so your day is going by fast. Your role will be 100% remote. They have two call centers one in Florida and the other in Salt Lake City Utah.

Cons

You don’t get sick days. Shifts are bided for by senority.

Cons

Previous CEO left the airline in an incredibly difficult financial position because of his ego. No diversity at the leadership level, so decisions tend to reflect that.
