Pros

JetBlue is a great airline with good core values. The training is great since they actually pay you a small amount while you're away from home.

Cons

I wish they appreciated their inflight crew a little more.

Pros

- Great leadership in senior levels - Travel -Amazing experiences

Cons

- The industry itself has a rocky road in the next few years, I'm not sure the company has the resources to survive in its current state - Mid-level has very few actual leaders resulting in an uninspired customer-facing workforce they get the work done with a smile but behind the scenes there is a lot of unhappiness and it's starting to show.

Pros

Overall good culture, good training, worked with some absolutely amazing people

Cons

Crew rest rules could be better for flight attendants taking into account van time and how far away some of the crew hotels are in regards to minimum rest.
