Pros

You can make your own schedule after bid

Cons

You or someone in your family has to be literally dying for you to get an emergency time off. That's if you don't have a tight connection or friendship with someone in management. But if you do, you can get a pass. If you don't, hell! No mercy what so ever!!

Pros

JetBlue Airways offers free flight benefits, yearly raises, flexible schedule. We also get other discounts to other companies that JetBlue partners with.

Cons

Jetblue is still a start up company and is still learning how they want to run the company. There is a lot of inconsistency between stations and employees
