Pros
JetBlue is a great company to work for. People are really talented and very open minded. Teams are usually pretty small as compared to other airlines so it is easy to speak to people and interact with them. JetBlue also makes sure that everyone is at the right place and thanks to that, it is possible to switch from one department to another easily.
Cons
Hiring process can be long and is very competitive.
