Pros

PTO is great. You accrue about 4.5 hours a week as soon as you start which is great. Pay is pretty on par with other airlines. Free flight benefits.

Cons

Flight benefits are great if you like traveling domestically or to South America, unfortunately thats the only areas Jetblue travels. Expect heavy work loads nightly.
