Pros

Many, many long-term employees here, that speaks for itself! Great benefits and friendly staff. Positive work environment. Upper Admin holds meetings with ground-level staff to keep everyone informed, and there are many ways to make yourself heard if you have issues or suggestions. Management is willing to listen, and the patients/resident are loved and cared for.

Cons

I wish the commute were shorter, but that's my fault for living in the wrong place!
