Pros

The organization is doing great work and people are nice. Pretty decent pay for a religious non profit.

Cons

The house is not in order. Lots of things are in disarray. New/younger voices are not taken seriously. Takes a long time to create change. Not a lot of possibility for job advancement.

Pros

If you believe in the work, the shared energy and drive for the end-goal is worth it. They're the most evangelism-centric of any missions organization that I've encountered.

Cons

A lot of red tape and slow-to-change mentality, mostly because upper management has been in their role for 15-40 years.
