Pros

1. In this organization, you can use your gifts and skills for His glory! 2. If you are a Christian or Messianic Jew, this is the right place for you to work. Everyone share the same values and treat each other with love and respect. 3. You can pray for one another. 4. Generous benefit plan - medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement and paid time off.

Cons

The staff could benefit more on training programs (skills, leadership, etc). Other than that, I highly recommend this organization as one of the best Christian employers.

Pros

I have an incredible boss -- the Chief Philanthropy Officer. He's always quick to encourage. He always listens. And he trusts his team to make the right decision.

Cons

It's a global organization and it's hard to get to know everyone on a personal level. Although they do the best they can with Zoom.
