Pros

Great people work at Jim Ellis. It is still a family run organization that really cares about their clients and employees. It makes for quite an amazing experience when working there.

Cons

Hours can be long at times. Working in the automotive business can sometimes be difficult because there aren't many holidays you get off. It is much like working retail.

None. I guess one pro is I got to quit in style. Was nice to finely tell the GM he is my number one favorite person.

Cons

Everything, talk about a dark cloud of a place to work. They over work you and then pair you with the call center right next to your desk so you have to stop and help them every five minutes
