Competitive Pay and benefits. 401k with matching option

Cons

6 day work week when working Saturday ( No day off during the week)....11-12 hour work days on Saturdays with no breaks, and no help as you work alone on Saturday. When department employees take time off you are often left alone and don't have others stepping up to help cover. I have found that who your stores GM is at the time makes a big difference in your experience with this cmpany.
