do not waste your time filling out a job application with jim ellis for any position they will have a manager agree to hire you then fire that manager and then have your whole interview re done without notice on the day you are brought in to finish your final paperwork and waste 2 weeks of your time and then stand behind there employee with a nice pat on the back to them and say job well done. find a job elsewhere.

Working here is cool because it a family vibe type of company. Welcoming, flexible, and understanding.

Cons

The automotive industry is so up and down so really it's just more of what brand you work for under Jim Ellis and that brand hopefully don't have managers that don't know what they are doing and that they don't let go of. Jim Ellis really holds on to people. You have to do something really stupid to be fired, seems like.
