Pros

Free lunch on Saturdays and your paychecks are always on time and they always clear. Management is not so far down your throat you can't breath. Clean and will deliver a, for the most part, steady stream of work. I would recommend it to a friend but I believe I can do better. It's not bad if you need the job.

Cons

I can only speak for the shop. If you are asked to stay and finish a job ASAP and you skip lunch to do it (per their request), an hour will still be removed from your pay due to the "legal system" saying you need to take one. When you are hired you are given a lower than average rate with promises on raises but those raises do not come. They have a couple lanes run by hourly paid employees and the company pushes as much service to those lanes because they can pay them around 10 an hour instead... these lanes are meant for oil changes and rotations but they send them full services. The service writers send all the mainstream "good" work to their "favorite" tech's and send all the low pay, pita, and warranty jobs to everyone else. There is a sense of "new guy" hatred. There are a few "groups" that hate each other and the new guy is looked at as an outsider. I never agreed with the way things were run or the group vs group complaining and favoritism so I left short of a year.
