      Terrible Culture. Zero communication

      Pros

      Honestly none. Really. Move on. Look elsewhere. No one deserves the way JJs treats employees. Perk benefits are almost non existent. They don't even let you get drinks on shift.

      Cons

      Negative culture. Zero community. High turnover. Immature management. 2hour shifts for drivers resulting in small tips. Too many drivers so they can be freaky fast but at the end of the day it's more about JJs squeezing employees to the brink for little compensation. Just don't even bother.

      Pros

      The owner of my shop is wonderful and takes good care. The managers are nice and it is easy to pick up shifts. Get raises for hard work

      Cons

      If you have owners that don't care it will make your life awful. Schedule is permanent and often difficult to change if you are not friends with management. Nit picking over the smallest breaking of corporate policy

      Pros

      Tips can usually be great, raking in about $30 bucks a shift. Hours are not draining, usually 3 to 6 hour shifts max. It's encouraging to want to come back the next day.

      Cons

      Sometimes they schedule 8 to 11 drivers a shift, only to make everyone take one delivery at a time. But it would be great to have 4 or 5 drivers bringing 2 or 3 deliveries. More tips, More smiles!
