      To be part of the bigger picture. The feeling of knowing that your product is superior to other local competitiors.

      Cons

      The hours can be horrendous, especially in a college town. Tips in 12 hours can range a lot from 50 to 170 dollars

      Good people usually Good food Good hours and flexible for students Local managers and even company owners often decent dudes Auditors are decent dudes usually too

      Cons

      Never changes the menus causes people to be turned down a lot. Everyone wants a philly but we don't have it, thats not good execution of sales Need to allow individual stores more flexibility based on location factors

      it was exciting, fast paced and friendly

      Cons

      a lot of cleaning, gets messy sometimes, the grease trap is gross, you're on the wrong side of food (haha) but it was good, made me hungry often
