      Good management, very structured/organized. fun people. clean stores.

      Cons

      rediculous corporate rules i.e. no signs on doors that clearly separate the kitchen from customers. so customers are constantly walking into the storage rooms etc. thinking it's the bathroom. poor recognition of positive contributions from upper upper management if you are a manager.

      Delivery tips can be pretty substantial. Flexibility in hours with the option for generous time-off. Friendly franchise-owners and well-meaning management. Impossible performance standards make your next job seem much easier.

      Cons

      CEO encourages company-wide stinginess. (Minimal wages, no benefits, denial of full-time employment) Non-smokers are expected to work entire shifts without any breaks. Impossible performance standards enforced by all levels of management. Quality employees are made to compensate for the inferior work of indolent employees.
