Pros

There were very flexible with scheduling/hours. After working there for two years I got promoted to a shift manager.

Cons

Open til 3 am every night and never allowed to close early, even if you had only one customer between 10 pm and 2 am. Corporate audits were a bit extreme for a sandwich shop mainly run by college students.

Not a bad experience, but could have been better

Pros

For the most part there was always a fast paced work environment. You had a lot of customer interaction, especially with out of town customers. You also received a lot of free food.

Cons

The management was for the most part not very competent. Also it is very hard to obtain an increase in salary even if you had been there over a year. If you were cashier and for some reason your drawer was short, even if it wasn't your fault, you were required to pay it yourself.
