      Pros

      Can make good money as delivery driver and the job is relatively easy.

      Cons

      You will work with very weird people from time to time, there is high turnover. Dealing with customers over food can get annoying.

      If you work for GH Food Group, Run away and never look back

      Very easy to move up, promotion from inside is regular

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Far too much corporate overreaching in the stores. GH picks random hills to die on and they turn blind eyes to things, in my opinion, much more important. General Managers and area managers absolutely do not care about the employees, customers, or their restaurants. All while stiffing you on their "competitive pay" GH is a terrible company. I can't speak for JJ corporate or stores still ran by inspire but regardless I would steer clear
