      Pros

      It's a fairly relaxed environment - at least was at my store. They take a lot of pride in cleanliness, which means there's always something to do and you never get bored.

      Cons

      Benefits were almost nonexistent for a part-time employee. We got half off one sub during each shift or a free meal if you worked over 8 or more hours. Unfortunately, our manager made sure never to schedule anyone for 8 hours. Almost every shift was 7.5 hours or less.

      Pros

      -decent pay, got lots of tips -got to work during lunch rush so usually always had orders -short distance for delivery, so you can do more orders, I like this versus delivery through like door dash or uber eats where they send you far distances -worked in the pandemic so I didn't have to interact much with customers as they just wanted me to drop it at the door

      Cons

      -if there was no orders, I had to clean the lobby or bathroom which isn't that bad but just gross sometimes -online they listed $12/hr but it turned out that it was actually minimum wage as the base pay and the rest of the pay was them assuming I would be enough in tips for it to equal $12. This wasn't always the case and I wish they were honest online -sometimes the smell of the sandwiches got nauseating

      The sandwiches are great our bread is always fresh and you can never go wrong eating at Jimmy's John's

      Cons

      Sometimes it's not guaranteed hours and they send you home early and some days there's no tips. Watch for others drivers and managers they be stealing tips from us.
