+VERY flexible on hours +Everybody there is pretty chill for the most part

Cons

+Horrible PAY, don't work here if you have bills to pay.. Minimum wage. +Horrible Management (or the managers I worked with, like they've never been a server before or got their guidance from a book..) +Felt like a highschool j.o.b (everybody there was either a 12th grader and barely few peeps over 21+) +"High School mentality" ~ if you're not in w/ the bosses then you're not part "of the jimmy crew" *Think the below is a rant, once you're hired READ the employee pamphlet. It reads like a communist doctrine. Nuff said*

Ridiculous hours and low pay, at the end of the day everybody works for money not just to be at a store for 70 hours and have no life
