Pros
Work environment fosters collaboration. Much better than other companies I've worked for. Salary is good compared to similar companies. Not much overtime work. Company size is not small, but does not cause a breakdown in communication. Employees get along well. Many actually became great friends. Employees can adjust their work according to their interests, which enables self-improvement. Weekly in-house training and technical discussions. Benefits packages are great. The company has a kitchen with free snacks and takes constant feedback on how to improve snack options. Regularly organize team building activities.
Cons
Attendance system is too stringent. Employees in some groups have less visibility to upper management.
