I love my team a lot and people are encouraging here.

Cons

Growth in unknown and career path can be tricky. Most positions within the company require Accounting Certifications or CPA to truly advance.

Pros

Flexibility, room for growth, direct impact to clients and product. Lot of communication internally and functions pretty cohesively. Continues to be in growth mode even during the Covid situation, which is a really good indicator of how great the product is and the need for it in the market.

Cons

There is none so far.
