Pros

I started at the company working under a manager that drove a successful store, but was an HR nightmare. Through a rough transitional year, I'm still disappointed that that person had been hired in the first place, but I gained a lot of confidence in the company under new leadership.

Cons

Leadership above the store level is great, but is spread too thin. They need more help, or smaller regions. Administrative, technical, and logistical mistakes occasionally create issues for stores to do their best to take care of customers.
