Pros
Co-workers have bee the reason why I stayed as long as I have. Having those relationships really makes the day go by quicker. Some of the customers are worth helping with all that you have. Especially those that are in need. Nothing is greater than the feeling of providing excellent customer service.
Cons
Upper Management. Absolute garbage the way they treat some of the employees. If you're not kissing butt, then consider yourself scarce. The pay isn't that good since the company decided to remove commission.
