- great people, good overall culture, collaborative teams, hard working colleagues.

Cons

- Jobandtalent needs to focus first and foremost on sales at the moment. There is no time for people management, engagement, development. They might have problems with retention in 2017. - Endless working hours, bad management, lack of interest in people.
