      Pros

      Management, co-workers, and my position itself are great. It is a remote-first work environment but the company does a great job with still maintaining that great work environment and still getting people connected. I love that everyone is working towards one common goal making it an extremely supportive team oriented workplace.

      Cons

      Communication between different time-zones can be a struggle at times but everyone is also pretty accommodating.

      Pros

      The people at JobGet are the biggest pro to the company. It would be hard to find a team that has more compassionate, respectful teammates and leadership. Everyone is really dedicated to the mission and vision of the company and ready to put in the work to see the company succeed. Great benefits for a startup, and leadership is always willing to explore how they can do better/offer more. Fast-growing company (definitely a fast-paced environment with high expectations), so you're definitely never bored!

      Cons

      As with any startup, things move quickly and communication could be improved, but overall there is a lot of dedication to improving processes and doing better, which is great.
