      Pros

      Coming from working at other start-ups in the same industry, the environment at JobGet is a breath of fresh air. When I suggest changes or voice my opinion, I feel very heard by both my team members and leadership. Work life balance is a great and the culture really encourages this.

      Cons

      Like other start-ups, there is a lot of change on a regular basis and some ambiguity. However, you can really make an impact!
