      Pros

      Very professional and courteous management. They always listen to you and always find a way and check up on you at times to help you out with your struggles. The colleagues are wonderful and also help you in any way they can. Very supportive and treats you as family. They make sure that everyone has a work-life balance.

      Cons

      One of the company's KPI is the CPA or cost per accept of candidates when they successfully apply for a job varies each month. It may increase or decrease at any given time, therefore, affecting how we would reach the required total number of CPAs per month.
