Pros
Coming into JobGet, I quickly realized how unique working with this team would be. I have gained an immense amount of knowledge and worked on numerous projects in just 6 months. Looking back, I can confidently say I wouldn’t have been given these opportunities elsewhere. Without a doubt, there is room to grow within the company. JobGet is a space where everyone is able to feel at ease, contribute ideas, and can see the impact that they make on the community.
It is clear that all the co-founders care about the team as more than just employees, which I have attributed to such a strong team bond. I am consistently awed by the energy and passion that everyone in the team brings. While everyone has distinctive views on how to grow JobGet, there is a clear thread of proactiveness within the team.
Tony, specifically, has always carved out time to help me further develop my skills and is continuously enthusiastic about including me on various projects. I feel that Tony cares about everyone on a very personal level, making him very approachable when giving feedback or trying out new avenues for growth. I truly have appreciated being able to develop new skills under his guidance.
JobGet is an amazing platform that I have full faith in. Working here is a one of a kind experience that you don’t want to miss out on!
Cons
The only drawback I see for those interested in joining JobGet is that the company itself, given that it is relatively new, has a lot of flexibility. That in turn requires for its employees to be especially proactive and creative in exploring new avenues.
