Pros

Growing company. Fantastic evolving product. Excellent values. Involved and committed leadership. Bright people around you. We listen to our customers and care. Generous PTO and holidays. Competitive Pay.

Cons

None that I can think of. Maybe that the benefits are more expensive as it is a small company but they are improving as the company grows.

Great pay- Great open door culture- Growing fast, with a lot of upward mobility in the company- Great work life balance-

Cons

Benefits could be a better value for the cost, but the company does give a generous contribution.

Pros

So, this company has a good work/life balance, great team (the ones you haven't fired), good pay, growth oriented mindset. Remote is a positive, or negative if you're not a self starter. This is still a good company, but there are some major caveats that should give you pause if you consider applying here.

Cons

The company needs better benefits. Their decision making is, to say the least, utterly impulsive and sometimes incredibly destructive. They're now just outright firing top performers with no warning. These are people who were just unceremoniously dumped for no reason. This is not just frustrating, but it's also incredibly disappointing.
