Pros

Some nice co-workers and very few good engineers . Very few good core product teams. Ok pay. Remote.

Cons

Very ok product but the company drink its own kool-aid. Everyone is busy over here to protect their backs and thus there is a cultish environment over here. If you are a nay-sayer or a person who likes to correct mistakes, forget that you will ever grow in this place. Also, you need to know the right person whose boots you can lick if you want to grow. The codebase is a tech-debt nightmare. Mediocrity thrives here. Currently, running around like a headless chicken. Want to act like a FAANG company but nowhere near one. And yeah, the less we talk about the managers the better. They have hired some really incompetent bunch of managers (and directors) in tech who have no idea about how to run tech teams . They let go of some really good managers. Along with that, there are only a bunch of engineers who are basically ruling the roost. They come up with some unwanted projects and work on them instead of fixing the existing product and its features. There is a constant tussle to hog the limelight here as company rewards these people instead of people who are actually making impact. Join at your own risk.
