Pros

-A lot of the entry-level and mid-level employees are amazing, and make it worth coming into work. -Good company mission and an improving product

Cons

-The culture has changed a lot over the years - from a scrappy startup vibe where it felt like everyone was on the same page and valued, to this wannabe corporation that treats its employees with only the bare minimum of dignity. -Feels like zero room for internal growth within the company -Leadership forces all decisions top-down with no input from their teams. Execs seem solid, but VPs and directors in the marketing department at least are out-of-touch -Multiple re-orgs across multiple departments means you're never truly safe in your role.

Pros

Working remotely, colleagues, and the clientship.

Cons

Harassment isn’t taken seriously and drive you out. Very disappointed in the HR team. If something happens, don’t bother reporting it.

Pros

Job had nice perks and ultimately it’s nice because it was remote.

Cons

The support role drains you mentally and the workload definitely ain’t worth the pay.
