Jobble was a great environment of collaborative and imaginative individuals all striving for a similar goal of success for the company and individuals. There was a mutual understanding amongst leadership and associates of little-to-no micromanaging and openness. The ownership group was very helpful and open to communication until they received pressure from either external sources or budget.
Cons
However, the company is failing more aggressively than it leads on to be. This might have started because of their unnecessary lucrative compensation package or the fact that the company model itself isn't all that successful and is replicated 10 times over by other companies like Wonolo or PeopleReady. The company laid off nearly 20% of its workers, including the director of sales, who was bar-none, the best piece of the collaborative puzzle. She held the sales department together like glue, but for some reason, the company figured her salary and skills were a detriment rather than a necessity. BDR specific - the company provided a "lucrative" compensation package as a part of salary; however, that package did not stay static. It was nearly impossible, month after month, to understand how much you had to do in order to make your salary. There was a ton of ambiguity and indecisiveness when regarding sales goals and requirements. This added a LOT of stress to the entire sales team.

Pros
Jobble is a great company with a positive mission. The co-founders so totally accessible and involved with all team (in a good and supportive way, not over bearing). There are the pressures of a small company, but they don't let or even want people to get stressed out. There's a lot of collaboration between departments.
Cons
Benefits aren't the best, especially if you have a family. But the compensation is solid so that makes up for it. Product Team is still growing and they're looking to find the right people. I think sometimes the company is not willing to pay for more experienced people.
