Pros

Good work culture, unlimited PTO and a positive team.

Cons

Very underpaid and the compensation structure isn't aggressive nor competitive at all compared to other similar BDR roles throughout the country. Hard to retain employees when you're doing so much work for way under market salary and can barely afford to live.

Pros

This is a place where we build our success by putting our heads together and work as a team. It's all teamwork here and everyone plays a role in the success story. The best part is that fun is part of the package.

Cons

It's a grind here. As we start from nothing to become everything, there will be a lot of work to get the ball rolling. It's been rolling for several years now but to get to the next level, you'll need to wear a lot of hats and put in the hours because failure is not part of the recipe.
