Pros

Great team, amazing company culture. Working at a startup is never easy but Jobble make's it fun, challenging and innovative.

Cons

Nothing bad to say. Jobble's a fun, hard working environment with flexibility and new challenges every day

Pros

The Pros of working for Jobble is that the company, from top to bottom, is flush with individuals who believe in the purpose and the vision of what is trying to be accomplished. Moreover, the aspect of working at Jobble that resinates with me most is that everyone considers each other family rather than colleagues.

Cons

The cons of working at Jobble are few and far between, The "con" that first comes to mind is that sometimes we run out of half-and-half -- which we can all agree is essential to high quality coffee.

Pros

- People are laser-focused on working smarter (not just harder) - Weekly KPI meetings to keep people accountable and stay on track - New challenges every day = constant innovation - Amazing group of people, there's not a dull day at the office - A chance to be truly autonomous in your role while still having guidance along the way - Sweet office including beer, cold brew, ping pong, hoverboard, fooseball, N64

Cons

- If you're looking for corporate structure you won't find it here - We try a lot of stuff, which means we fail a lot - this isn't for everyone - It gets cold in the winter in Boston
