Pros

The CEO and her staff are all exceptional people that deliver everything they promise and more. If you are an agency top biller this is where you belong. Since joining, I've doubled my income, won free trips to some of the nicest resorts in California, and been showered with gifts for myself and my family.

Cons

If you dislike running a full-desk in a competitive environment, this may not be the right place for you.

-everyone is friendly and there to lend a helping hand if you need it -everyone is extremely talented - you learn a lot from them -culture has a great energy about it and CEO rewards for hard work -if you’re performing, it’s very autonomous

Pros

Working with the top tools and resources available. The CEO is NOT afraid of spending money on the best tools available. This is a game changer & can only be optimized by hiring experience staffing professionals that are motivated to be the best in the business. Since Jobot only hires experienced, full-desk recruiters, clients are the ultimate winners as they receive the best service available. The perks are unmatched by any other staffing firm. Quarterly free trips for hitting incredibly attainable numbers. Employee appreciation taken to another level. From the outside looking in, it seems like it is too good to be true...but once you are here, it is IMPOSSIBLE to not share with the world how amazing this company is.

Cons

For the life of me, I cannot think of one single con.
