Lack of organization, management is not trained - rather they are Individual Contributors who get assigned a # of recruiters who then work under them while they have to maintain their own quotas, which means a big lack of support for their team. Very misleading intro to the company, and then when you work there, it is a very different vibe. They talk endlessly about Free Fridays and Laptop Fridays and Unlimited PTO - I took barely any time off and utilized any of those perks due to demand/pressure from management to hit my numbers.
