      Pros

      Everything that's right about the staffing industry without any of the elements that are always wrong at every other firm. No stupid metrics, work life balance, a platinum healthcare plan that you pay $0 for, and an endless list of perks that are too much to list here.

      Cons

      If you're not in Orange County you can't work in the ridiculously amazing office on the pier with two boat slips. But that's not their fault, and easily fixed by just moving there. For me, remote is just fine.

      An owner/employer that cares about you!! That's all you need! -Flexible schedule with every other Friday off to spend with family or complete doctors appointments...or golf! -Competitive compensation with no cap on commissions - $$$$$$$

      Right now working from home so missing all the parties and friendly faces! -It's a tough job, don't get me wrong...but worth every obstacle -Struggling to be a top performer because your colleagues are HIGH PRODUCING

      Pros

      In all of my past work experiences, I never had an issue with Culture. I also thought it was great culture - wow was I wrong. The culture at Jobot is unexplainable, it is unmatched. The Commission structure is better than any other company out there. You are rewarded for the work you put in. The Tools that are provided are top of the line. Our engineering team, and support team make sure they provide absolutely everything for us.

      There is not a single bad thing to say. We are still a new company, so part of the fun is watching how quickly things can change, and how quickly we can get ahead of anything that would be taken as a con
