      Pros

      I love working at Jobot. I get to work from home with a team of extremely talented and experienced recruiters. The focus is on kindness and having integrity in the work we do and I love that the company values align with my personal values. The culture is incredible. We get every other Friday off, unlimited PTO, and all Holidays off. We are also closed from Christmas to New Years to spend time with family. Our CEO, Heidi Gollege, and our leadership team cares about our mental health. They encourage a work/life balance. We are given constant positive reinforcement with fun games and trivia, holiday parties, quarterly extravaganzas, gift cards, closer and power closer baskets, cash bonuses, holiday gift boxes, and items from our Jobot Market place. Everyone has an equal opportunity for advancement and internal promotions, which I love. On top of all of that, we are paid well for the hard work we do. I love being part of the Jobot family.

      Fully supportive leadership. Open management, not Micro! Great pay. A genuine care for us and client/candidates. Heidi!

      Personally, the only downside is not living closer to Jobot House.
