      Pros

      Working with the top tools and resources available. The CEO is NOT afraid of spending money on the best tools available. This is a game changer & can only be optimized by hiring experience staffing professionals that are motivated to be the best in the business. Since Jobot only hires experienced, full-desk recruiters, clients are the ultimate winners as they receive the best service available. The perks are unmatched by any other staffing firm. Quarterly free trips for hitting incredibly attainable numbers. Employee appreciation taken to another level. From the outside looking in, it seems like it is too good to be true...but once you are here, it is IMPOSSIBLE to not share with the world how amazing this company is.

      Jobot has an amazing workplace culture where you can bring the best you can without micromanagement or distrust. Founder/CEO Heidi College is incredibly down to Earth and truly cares about her employees. Thank for for everything especially creating this fantastic company!
