      Pros

      At times I find myself thinking "Is this real?" the culture is amazing. It is about accountability and doing what needs to get done. If you're working hard, you're doing what needs to get done and you're a good teammate, it doesn't really get better than this. The CEO is constantly looking to find ways to look out for her employees, whether it is for work, for your mental health or through regular check-ins. What other company has a CEO that checks in with you to see how your day is going.
