      Pros

      Room for growth Fabulous work culture Jobot does a wonderful job of hiring experienced sales and recruiting professionals.

      Cons

      I cannot think of a con off hand other than encouraging those that don’t love sales and recruiting to not apply.

      Pros

      Full transparency of expectations on a weekly basis, great management team with an open door policy for suggestions, everyone is extremely helpful no matter what their job function, the best tools in the business to deliver for clients and candidates, great reputation in the market, spectacular commission plan, room for growth is very open (If you do X, you will get promoted), great prizes and fun to keep everyone motivated!

      Best CEO! Heidi truly cares for and loves her employees. All of the staff is wonderful including Admin, HR, Tech etc. Jobot's proprietary ATS system is great and is always evolving. It's evolving based off of recruiters votes and opinions, and is truly built for recruiting. The draw/comp is very competetive and the percentage back on deals is great. There is a ton of wonderful perks including 100% paid benefits, a great culture, and the ability to work any vertical across the US.

      Honestly there are no cons!
