      Pros

      - Our proprietary AI recruiting platform called JAX - Our CEO, Heidi: clear company vision and very hands-on - Really high compensation plan (commission structures + bonuses) - 100% Employer-paid benefits - Weekly and Monthly gifts, gift baskets, gift cards, and more gifts - Every other Friday off - Get a Job, Give a Job Foundation: Jobot donates to programs around the world to help educate and empower folks to receive rewarding work. (How cool is that?)

      Cons

      - Nothing that I can think of. Jobot is doing a great job at fostering a fun, warm, and successful environment. If we can continue to keep this momentum, the sky is the limit!

      Pros

      The work culture here is amazing! It starts with kindness and it starts at the very top starting with Heidi, our CEO. We are treated with respect and like a person, not just a number. Great starting base pay for any position; our minimum wage is $25 per hour!! That includes Consultants too. Full coverage health benefits and Free Friday every other week! Clear pathway to promotion and great commission/bonus plan! Jobot's gift baskets for accomplishments are legendary, it's honestly so nice to get.

      Cons

      There are downsides and challenges to working as a Recruiter (it's tough work and not for everyone), but there's no real downsides to working at Jobot compared to other agencies. It's definitely the best recruiting company to work for!

      Pros

      The support and kindness I've seen in my first two months on the job is second to none. I've been in the corporate world for about 10 years now. I can honestly say Jobot is the best place I've ever worked. The technology is amazing. But more importantly, the people want to see you succeed. They strike the perfect balance of "supportive competitiveness". There is a real understanding that your time is important, so there are no unnecessary meetings. That then makes the meetings we do have great and collaborative and fun. I honestly don't have the "Sunday Scaries" anymore!

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind. And that's the truth!
