      Working for Heidi has been amazing; she actually cares about her employees. She also donates to multiple charities and helps support a ton of small businesses.       Pros

      Startup with great infrastructure. You can tell that they want you to succeed from the top down and gives you the tools to do so. Managers very helpful. They donate to charity when candidates gets placed.

      Not getting to experience all the fun events/parties because of the pandemic.

      Pros

      I've been at Jobot for 12 months now and it's refreshing to work alongside an elite team of experienced recruiting Professionals. The technology that has been created gives us the tools to deliver for both the clients and candidates. It's not perfect by any means, but if you're a salesperson/recruiter who trusts in themselves, and is looking for the best tools and leadership in the business, it's an easy decision to be at Jobot.

      Cons

      Lot's of moving parts because it's a Start-Up, but ultimately you're your own boss, which I find refreshing, but some don't.
