      Pros

      Great support and great environment to work in. With sales being as difficult as it is, Jobot has a great leadership team that continues to support its employees.

      Pros

      Amazing culture, strong and engaged leader/leaders, extremely generous compensation plan, the best benefits package and constantly upgrading it's entire infrastructure to continually improve our processes and efficiency. Every other Friday is optional to work. The best of the best recruiters from across the country to learn from. CEO is nothing short of the best by all standards.

      Cons

      COVID 19 is the only real "con" with this company. We work remote, which is fine but would love to meet more of the talented recruiters we all call family.

      - Wish we could be back in the office but love my new laptop provided by Jobot
