"Salary" is a 100% draw. You go into the red with every single paycheck. Very minimal training. Jobot DOES NOT support healthcare business lines, so pick something else to focus on. My direct manager, wasn't transparent, and also showed favoritism to individuals within our "team" by handing them accounts and fudging numbers to get certain people promoted and qualify for events.

A lot: Zero structure at this company. It is a free for all with business / accounts with no accountability. Little chance to succeed unless you can bring a book of business or have connections to work with. The salary is competitive, but you are paid as a draw. An enormous amount of brown nosing back and forth between leadership with everyone paying homage to the CEO. She clearly encourages and rewards those who do so. Definitely has most people fooled from her nonstop self promotion on any social media platform that she can get her claws on. Likes to portray a helping people first atmosphere, but the reality is, she wants maximum revenue from each client that are higher than industry standards. People are completely blindsided when they are let go and done so in the coldest manner.
